Nancy Betker and Rachel Cook, volunteers for the national organization Compassion and Choices, will facilitate a presentation and dialogue about end-of-life options currently available in Illinois. We will discuss Advance Directives and why it is important to decide and discuss your end-of-life wishes. This can be a very empowering conversation for you and your loved ones.
