If you have trouble getting down to the mat, sit at a desk all day, or just want to deepen your practice, chair yoga is for you! Yoga instructor Marti Anne will guide you through an hour-long practice where you’ll learn several ways to practice yoga while seated or standing by a chair. You’ll also learn how to synchronize your moves with your breath. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this class. Experienced yogis are welcome, too.
